By accessing or using our services at savemyplans.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. Description of Service
- Our service allows users to upload PDF documents, images, and text files, or submit them via email. These inputs are processed by OpenAI to extract calendar information.
- The resulting calendar records are saved in our system and can be accessed in the following ways:
- Online, when logged into the system.
- As an online shared calendar, accessible through a unique URL.
- Users can also choose to receive the generated calendar records via email.
- We delete all received documents, images, and texts immediately after processing and do not store the original files.
2. Account Registration
- Users must register an account to access the service. Registration requires a valid email address.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as needed.
3. Free and Paid Plans
- Free users are limited to a specific number of calendar conversions per month.
- Paid users have unlimited calendar conversions and additional features as outlined on our pricing page.
4. Limitations of Service
- The service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of accuracy or availability.
- We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the generated calendar data.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- Documents, images, and texts submitted to us are deleted immediately after processing.
- We use OpenAI to process extracted text and Zoho Mail for email communication.
- We may periodically send emails to users about system improvements and tips for better utilization of the service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Easy Technologies SIA and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. User Obligations
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes.

- Failure to comply with these obligations may result in account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Technologies SIA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Latvian courts.
